Australian Black Limes is a family-run farm in Wanerie, Western Australia, and the first dedicated black lime producer in Australia. What began as a passion for growing citrus has grown into a unique farm producing handcrafted black lime products.
Each lime is carefully grown in our orchard, hand-picked, and slowly dried to create the distinctive smoky, tangy flavour that black lime is known for. From whole dried limes to spice blends, sauces, relishes, and natural skincare, every product celebrates the bold character of this ancient citrus.
As a small farm business, we are involved in every step — from tending the trees to developing new products and sharing them at markets, with restaurants, and through our online store.
