Introduction to AI for Agritourism Operators
Most operators who try AI get bland, generic answers back, because the AI knows nothing about their farm. Andy Burns, WAAA vice president and founder of Scott Aussie Tourism Marketing, shows how to fix that by giving the AI four short files about your business.
He then works through seven jobs AI can do, following one example from start to finish: turning last season's enquiries into a reply that sounds like you. He also covers keeping guest details private, writing instructions that suit today's AI tools, and what must always stay with you.
What you’ll learn
- Build four short files (your farm, your guests, how you sound, this season) and let the AI interview you to write them
- Seven jobs AI can do: extract, sort, summarise, rewrite, combine, answer questions and write
- Keep guest names, emails and phone numbers out of public AI tools
- Five habits for instructions that get better results
- Anything with one right answer, like prices, booking terms, safety, allergens and biosecurity, gets a human sign-off
